MPRO staff has extensive experience in the use of health information technology (HIT) to promote better, more efficient care; improved care management; and better patient engagement. Capabilities include knowledge of various HIT tools (e.g. electronic health records, electronic registries), process improvement, quality reporting and data documentation and analysis. 

Tesia Looper, MSA

Tesia Looper is the senior director of quality initiatives and works on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Reducing Hospital Readmissions, Increasing Quality Reporting and Transforming Clinical Practices initiatives. She also works on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Cancer Control program.

Holly Standhardt

Holly Standhardt is the program manager for post-acute initiatives and works on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Increasing Quality Reporting initiative. HIPAA is an area of interest for her and she is an AHRQ’s TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.

Areas of expertise: Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System and Value-based Modifier reporting for physician offices.
