Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR)

MPRO contracts with state agencies to provide Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) for skilled nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) and home health agencies to dispute citations received as a result of the state survey process. MPRO's approach to IDR is characterized by a rigorous decision making process, expertly trained reviewers, quality reviews, continuous training and timeliness. Each of these key components contributes to the quality of the review decision outcome.
