Consulting Services and Technical Assistance
With a staff of over 50 healthcare professionals with a broad range of credentials, certifications and skillsets, MPRO is equipped to lead virtually any type of consulting or technical assistance engagement. Key service lines in 2018 included Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) technical assistance; skilled nursing facility mock survey administration, evaluation and consultation; administration of AHRQ patient safety culture surveys; and a variety of customized training applications. Highlights include:
Successfully delivered GPRO technical assistance and support for two customers in southeast Michigan including McLaren Health Care and United Physicians.
Launched a skilled nursing facility (SNF) service line that has been promoted throughout the country to both independent and national SNF entities. Service offerings include a combination of mock surveys, remediation and on-site and virtual audits.
Administered an AHRQ patient safety culture survey for a Mid-Michigan critical access hospital.
