MPRO Donates Desktops and Laptops to Westwood School District
(Farmington Hills, MI, November 21, 2008) – MPRO, Michigan’s Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), donated more than 70 Dell desktops and 10 Dell laptops to the Westwood School District. Two thousand students in K-12 are enrolled in the district.
“Recently we upgraded our employee workstations (desktops and laptops) at MPRO and the equipment was in excellent working condition,” said Bob Yellan, president and CEO, MPRO. Mr. Yellan added, “Staff suggested that students could use the computers, and we approached the Westwood District in an effort to give back to the community. We are delighted that students will be able to use the refurbished equipment to advance their studies.”
Farmington Hills based MPRO is a statewide non-profit organization. MPRO works with healthcare providers to improve the quality and safety of healthcare across all health settings.
