MPRO Seeks Physician Reviewers

(Farmington Hills, MI, February 4, 2008) -  MPRO, Michigan’s Quality Improvement Organization, is currently seeking physician reviewers in all specialties.  MPRO compensates reviewers at a competitive hourly rate.

Reviewers must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a doctor of medicine, osteopathy, dentistry, podiatry, or other allied health care practitioner and practice at minimum, 20 hours per week.
  • Have a current state license.
  • Physicians must be board certified in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.

The frequency and volume of cases to review are dependent upon the reviewer’s availability and case review pending in their specialty. Weekend work is available.  For further information, please contact, Kristy Wietholter at: (248) 465-7300.
