The prestigious Michigan Award of Excellence for Improving Care and Patient Safety in the Home Health Setting is an annual award program. The award honors home health agencies that are actively engaged in health care quality improvement initiatives. Now in its fourth year, this non-competitive accolade recognizes agencies throughout Michigan for their work to improve the delivery and safety of care received by the agency's Medicare beneficiaries.

Statewide Award or IPG Award?

  • Home health agencies which have received an acceptance letter to participate in an MPRO Identified Participant Group (IPG) should nominate themselves for the IPG Award.
  • Home health agencies which are not participating in an MPRO IPG should nominate themselves for the Statewide Award.
