MPRO Online Event Evaluation Process
There are three steps to the Online Evaluation/Certificate Process
- Create an Account
- Complete the Evaluation
- Print your Certificate
These instructions with step-by-step photos

1. Create an Account
Everyone who wants to print a certificate online, must have a unique e-mail address. You can use one computer, but each person must log-in with their own user name and password. If you don't have a unique e-mail address, we suggest using Yahoo Mail or similar free e-mail service.
- Visit www.mpro.org/education/
- On the left side, under Getting Started, pick "Create an Account"
- Fill in all the fields; type your first and last name exactly as you want them on the certificate
- Click the "Create My New Account" button
- The CE system will e-mail you to verify your identity immediately (if you don't receive an e-mail contact webmaster@mpro.org).
- After the e-mail arrives, click on the e-mail link provided to confirm your identity.
- The link takes you to a Web page that says "Thanks, your name, Registration is been confirmed"
- Click on the Activities link
2. Complete the Evaluation
Clicking on the Activities Link takes you to a list of Continuing Education activities.
- Pick "Event Evaluations"
- The name of the event you attended will show up in the list. Click on the name of the event.
- A message will appear informing you that "This area requires an 'activity key' - a one-time password that you should have received from Admin User. " The Activity Key was announced during the event. Enter the Activity Key in the field provided.
3a. If you have problems with your Activity Key, please send what you think is the correct spelling of the key to webmaster@mpro.org. Sometimes what you hear and the spelling of the Activity Key are slightly different.
- The Evaluation and Online Certificate come up. The certificate is locked until you complete the evaluation.
- Click on the link called "Evaluation". It's next to the big question mark.
- Click on "Complete the form..."
- Complete the form. Click the "Save Entries" button when you are finished.
- If the entries are saved successfully, the CE system will say "Entries saved". Click on the "Continue" button.
3. Print your Certificate
You will need Adobe Acrobat to see the certificate. It may take a moment to come up.
- Click the "Print Your Certificate" link
- The Certificate will either come up in your browser (if you have the correct pdf plug-in) or it will download to your computer.
2a. If the certificate opened in your browser, print it or save it to your computer.
2b. If it downloaded to your computer, open it in Acrobat and print as needed.
You only need to create an account one time. Remember your user name, e-mail address and password. For our next event, you can use them to log-in.
