Biography

Jewell Hamner, MD, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Comprehensive Health. Her experience includes Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Preventive Cardiology, Preventive Medicine and Alternative Medicine. In addition, she also serves as an Independent Consultant for Locum Tenens.

Prior to her current positions, she served as a Medical Consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and has been affiliated with numerous hospital systems in Southeast Michigan. Dr. Hamner is Board Certified in Internal Medicine

She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Detroit and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State School of Medicine. In addition she holds an MBA from Madonna University.
