Board of Directors

MPRO’s Board of Directors may include a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 20 members. Board members serve three-year terms. Cap on service is nine consecutive years. However, there can be no more than three members at a time with more than six years of consecutive service. One-third of the governing body is typically appointed each year. Board appointments are made at the annual meeting in May. Board members are compensated $400.00 per board meeting; $100.00 per committee meeting (Finance, Compliance, Board Development, Executive, IT, Business Opportunities and Nominating committees); and mileage. The Chairman of the Board is compensated $600 per board meeting and mileage. Currently, MPRO’s Board is comprised of the following members:
